Markdown to PDF
Print it, save it, send it.
Paste or drop your Markdown, check the preview, then print it to PDF. What comes out is text you can select and search, not a picture of a page.
No account, no upload, no watermark — the whole layout is built in your tab.
preview
Pick one on the left to see the result.
Opens your browser's print dialog — pick “Save as PDF” as the destination. Paper size, margins and page numbers are set there.
How it works
- 01Paste Markdown into the box, or drop a .md file onto it.
- 02The preview on the right is the printed page: same width, same type, same page breaks.
- 03Press the button and choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog. That file is the output.
What's supported
- Headings, paragraphs, ordered and unordered lists, blockquotes, rules
- GFM pipe tables with borders and a shaded header row, sized to the page
- Fenced code blocks in a monospace face, wrapped instead of overflowing
- Images, remote or embedded; links stay clickable in the PDF
What it won't do
- No PDF/A, no digital signature, no metadata editing — your browser writes the file
- Page numbers and header text come from the print dialog, not from this page
- Paper size follows your print settings; the layout is tuned for A4 portrait
- A table wider than the page is scaled down, not split into columns
- Files over 25 MB
Questions people ask
In your browser's print dialog, as the destination. Chrome and Edge call it “Save as PDF”, Safari has it under “PDF”, Firefox calls it “Print to File”. Pick it, press Save, then choose the folder.
